All the registration fees include 25% VAT in accordance with the Hungarian regulations.

1. A list of non-OECD countries can be found at www.oecd.org.
2. Only one speaker per presentation is entitled to the speaker fee. Deadline for speaker registration fee payment: 31 January 2010.
3. To qualify for Travelling Fellowship programme and for student registration please see the appropriate chapter. Please note that there are only a limited number of student places available.

Reduced registration fees are available to:

• Delegates who belong to one of FISITA’s 39 national member societies – please visit www.fisita.com/membership/members to see if you qualify.
• Delegates from non-OECD countries – a list of OECD countries can be found at www.oecd.org
• Students and Travelling Fellows – see page the appropriate chapter (limited place available)
• Speakers – one speaker per presentation is entitled to the reduced speaker fee. Speakers must register and pay by 31 January 2010 otherwise their paper will be removed from the final programme and will not be included in the Book of Abstracts or Proceedings
• Session Chair - must register by 31 January 2010.

 Registration fee for congress participants includes:

• Participation in all technical sessions
• Admission to the Opening and Closing Ceremony
• Admission to the Exhibition
• Congress material (incl. proceedings)
• Welcome reception (30 May)
• Congress concert in the Basilica (31 May)
• Coffee breaks
• Lunches (31 May, 1-2 June)

Registration fee for the 2-day ticket includes:

• Participation in scientific sessions for the 2 selected days

• Admission to the Opening and Closing Ceremony (if applicable)
• Admission to the Exhibition for the 2 selected days
• Printed material of the Congress
• Congress bag with proceedings
• Coffee breaks for the 2 selected days
• Lunches for the 2 selected days

Registered accompanying persons are entitled to receive:

• Admission to the Opening and Closing Ceremony
• Admission to the Exhibition
• Welcome reception (30 May)
• Congress concert in the Basilica (31 May)
• Coffee breaks
• Budapest sightseeing tour (half day) – Monday, 31 May
• Eger excursion (full day) – Tuesday, 1 June

Please be informed that accompanying persons are not allowed to visit the technical sessions.

How to register

On-line registration is preferred.

On-line registration means: filling in the personal details and selecting the appropriate registration category. All participants will receive confirmation on registration and hotel reservation, but participants may check their own payment and reservation status in their personal records of the registration database.

Registrations and hotel reservations, which are not accompanied by appropriate payment, will not be honoured. Registrations and hotel reservations will be acknowledged in writing. Official invoices and receipts for fees paid by the participants will be handed over on site upon registration. Congress bureau Diamond Congress Ltd. is responsible for collection of all charges; hence all financial issues are handled and confirmed by the congress bureau. On site registration fees, hotel charges and optional programmes can be paid in cash in convertible currency or in Hungarian Forint. Besides, credit cards listed above will be accepted. The organisers regret that cheques cannot be accepted, they should be cashed at the banks.
