Dear Poster Presenter,
We hereby offer you the possibility to print your poster locally, so that you do not have to be bothered with the production and transportation of your poster.
The posters will be printed on a standard standing A/0 size (84 x 119 cm - 1 sqm) 200g/sqm photobase paper. The price of the service: 35 €/poster, including VAT.
To take advantage of this service you should comply with the following terms:
- You should be a registered participant
- You should have an accepted poster presentation
The process of the service is as follows:
- Order the service by e-mail posterprint@diamond-congress.hu
- Send your file for this address before 24 May*
- You HAVE TO receive a confirmation about the file quality from the organisers
- Payment
- Confirmation on the payment and completeition of your poster
- Pick up your poster at the registration desk of the conference
Payment method: Advanced payment is necessary to print your poster. It can be made by bank transfer or credit card. If the service is not paid until the beginning the conference, it should be paid latest at the time of registration. In this case, you will be able to pick up your poster one day later.
