The official welcome reception of FISITA2010 will be held at the exhibition area at UCC, (Congress Venue). Admission is free for all registered delegates, accompanying persons and exhibitors with registration fee.
Congress Concert – between 19.30-20.00 Monday, 31 May
This organ concert is organised exclusively for participants of the Congress at the St. Stephen Basilica in the city centre. Admission is free for all registered delegates, accompanying persons and exhibitors with registration fee.
Folklore event - at 20.00 Tuesday, 1 June

We offer you a nostalgia night on 1st June at 8:00 p.m. in the Danubius Hotel Gellért in the Panorama Restaurant! You can experience how life was in Hungary back in the good old days! Our offer includes an all-you-can-eat buffet featuring the most traditional Hungarian dishes, premium Hungarian wines, draft beer, Palinka as much as You want, folklore program with six dancers who represent our rich folklore heritage and a gypsy band plays all night long.

Gala Dinner - between 19.30-23.00 Wednesday, 2 June
The official closing banquet of Fisita 2010 will be held in the Museum of Fine Arts, admission is not included in any type of registration fees. Application in the banquet can be made online after having arranged your final registration.

Farewell reception - Thursday, 3 June
All participants are invited to attend the Farewell reception (Congress Venue) where you can say goodbye to new friends in a relaxing atmosphere, reflect your experience in Budapest and make plans to keep in touch.
