Hotel prices are in EUR, per room per night, including breakfast and taxes. Bookings need to be guaranteed by a minimum payment of 2 nights deposit (or the whole payment in advance) either with credit card or bank transfer.
The deposit amount must be paid to the bank account of Diamond Congress Ltd. by 31 March 2010 and will be later deducted from your bill by the hotel. In case of credit card payment, you agree that Diamond Congress Ltd. is entitled to forward the credit card information to the hotel, but ONLY in case of no show. Hotel bookings that are not guaranteed by credit card or deposit payment by 31 March, will be cancelled automatically by Diamond Congress Ltd.
Cancellations must be made in writing to Diamond Congress Ltd. Cancellations received before 31 March, 2010 will be refunded 100%. After 31 March, 2010, or in case of no show or lost room nights due to later arrival and earlier departure, the hotel is entitled to charge the cancellation fee which can amount up to 90% of the accommodation costs. For total cancellation after 31 March, 2010, Diamond Congress Ltd. will charge a minimum 2 nights deposit. With your booking you agree to all terms and conditions.
After registration, please arrange the hotel booking in the online registration database of the congress till 31 March 2010.
Please note, that paying of min. two nights hotel deposit in advance is mandatory to secure reservation.
You are able to make your hotel booking through the system for the following period: 30 May - 04 June 2010.
